Panbriacone 500g: Bread wheat flour, soaked alcoholic (14% vol.) syrup 30% (water, sugar, alcohol, sweet wines, infuse and distillate of citrus fruits, brandy, natural flavors), selected raisins 16%, sugar, butter (milk), pasteurized free range egg yolk, natural yeast (soft wheat flour, water), salt, Bourbon vanilla powder.

Candied Spicy Vegetables 170g:Candied vegetables in variable proportions 80% (carrots, jackdaws, yellow pumpkin, Jerusalem artichoke, green beans, zucchini, tomato, onion, spring onions Borettane, eggplant, fennel, red pepper, scallion), sugar, wheat glucose syrup, grain mustard, chili pepper.

Panbriacone Fortified Wine Jelly 100g: sugar, alcoholic syrup (alc. 14% vol.) (water, sugar, alcohol, sweet wines, natural flavours) 38%, wheat glucose syrup, water, gelling agent: agar-agar.

Panpepato 230g: Dark chocolate* 18% (cocoa paste*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract*), sugar, dried figs 9%, candied melon 11% (melon, sugar, wheat glucose syrup, citric acid), candied orange peel 11% (orange peel, sugar, wheat glucose syrup, citric acid), wheat flour, almonds 9%, walnuts 9%, hazelnuts 9%, cocoa powder 2%, honey, spice mixture 0.1%, lemon juice, salt, natural flavour: vanilla, pink pepper, green pepper. *Organic

Almond Cantucci Box 250g: Soft wheat flour from conservation Varieties* (Abbondanza, Sieve and Marzotto wheat), sugar, natural whole almonds 25%, whole pasteurized free-range eggs, milk, butter (milk), honey, leavening agent: diphosphates, sodium carbonates, wheat starch, natural flavours: natural vanilla extract, almonds essential oil, orange essential oil, salt.
