The tradition of Bonci pastry is handed down from generation to generation since 1953 in Montevarchi, a land of history and culture known for Cassero and for prominent persons born here, such as the painter Giovanni Martinelli, the writer Isidoro del Lungo and the sculptor Francesco Mochi.
