Among the most precious artisan creations signed Michele Mezzasoma are Dragées, small chocolate pralines, made by hand with a delicate and challenging process. Divided in seven types of flavours, they are selected one by one and packaged in glass jars.

Pistachio truffles covered with dark chocolate (70% cocoa min.).

Ingredienti:

Sugar, hazelnuts, pistachios 14%, cocao butter, dark chocolate* (cocoa paste*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: soy lecithin).

External topping: cocoa powder.
