Among the most precious artisan creations signed Michele Mezzasoma are Dragées, small chocolate pralines, made by hand with a delicate and challenging process. Divided in seven types of flavours, they are selected one by one and packaged in glass jars.

Main features:

Small pieces of candied lemon peel covered with dark chocolate (70% cocoa min.).

Ingredients:

Candied lemon peel  45% (candied lemon peel, sugar, wheat glucose syrup), dark chocolate* (cocoa paste*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: soy lecithin).

External topping: dewaxed platina shellac flakes.
