Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with dark chocolate drops, soaked in alcoholic syrup based on espresso coffee 

Ingredients: 

type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, pasteurized whole eggs, dark chocolate drops 18% min. (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), natural yeast, alcoholic (14% vol.) syrup of imbibition (water, sugar, alcohol, espresso 6%, freeze-dried coffee, natural flavoring: vanilla) 30%, cocoa powder, salt. 

In the same laboratory we process and use: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin. 

Produced without preservatives and colouring.
