The tradition of Bonci pastry is handed down from generation to generation since 1953 in Montevarchi, a land of history and culture known for Cassero and for prominent persons born here, such as the painter Giovanni Martinelli, the writer Isidoro del Lungo and the sculptor Francesco Mochi. We have dedicated to them and to our city the author’s cakes that you can discover here.
